The Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory - Revised (OCI-R) is a self-report assessment tool used to measure the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms in individuals. It consists of 18 items across six subscales, including washing, checking, ordering, obsessing, hoarding, and neutralizing, helping clinicians and researchers evaluate and understand the nature and intensity of obsessive-compulsive tendencies.
